"Today I wanted to leave this Earth...being completely selfish for once. Never thought I'd get to such a low point'. - Kehlani

You might be wondering "OMG, did Kehlani kill someone?" No, she did not, but she almost killed herself. 20 year old Grammy nominated R&B singer Kehlani deactivated her Instagram and Twitter accounts after being admitted into an LA hospital for attempted suicide. As of March 28, 2016 Kehlani has been safe and has been doing much better.

Post from Kehlani after reactivating her Instagram account

Let's be real, I don't know you or anything about your lives and we don't know these celebrities and we don't have any idea on what's going on in their lives (even with all the media stalking them). So we don't know what someone else may be experiencing. Personal struggles can be the hardest to deal with because no one else can feel them except for the person experiencing it. As much as we try to explain and make others understand our emotions, someone else can never fully feel our pain, depression, stress or hurt.

Our lives were meant to be lived no matter what the struggle may be.

No one can love you more than you (God to be precise). Recognize your worth and what you were created to give to the world.

Kehlani knows she has a greater purpose; she said so in her Intro on her album You Should Be Here. She touches on some of her struggles she dealt with when she was younger.

As beautiful and talented BELLE, Kehlani may be, she obviously has her own setbacks.

I encourage you to voice your feelings, speak your truth and be honest with yourself about your situations. As stated before, no one knows what you are experiencing. But one thing is for sure, when you release your feelings to a friend, through writing, singing, exercising or whatever gives you relief, then do that. It is dangerous to box up all your emotions, one day you will combust and BOOM! You're not the same.

"You are what you choose to be, it's not up to no one else...Be great, be kind, don't let them dim your light. A woman like the sun should always stay bright..."

- Kehlani (Bright from the album You Should Be Here)
